Step into the sauna and relax

BioSauna
If a Finnish sauna is too hot for you, you can head to our bio sauna heated to a comfortable 60-70 degrees Celsius. With humidity around 55 %, this type of sauna is much easier on your circulation.
SteamSauna
Our steam sauna relaxes the body with a gentle temperature of 40-55 degrees Celsius and very high humidity. The steam sauna is especially popular among sauna beginners and children.
FinnishSauna
Our Finnish sauna features low humidity and high temperatures. The sauna heater inside this sauna creates temperatures of 80-100 degrees Celsius.
InfraredCabin
The infrared cabin at the Hotel Gabi is heated via infrared radiation, creating a soothing, comfortable feeling on the skin. The resulting deep warmth relaxes muscles and helps loosen blockages in the body.

Why sweating in the sauna is healthy!

The warmth created whilst in a sauna has positive effects not only for your skin, but for your entire body. After your visit to the sauna, it is best to cool your body with a lukewarm bath or shower. The contrast between hot and warm stimulates the metabolism and strengthens your immune system. Saunas are particularly effective at helping to prevent colds during cold season.  

If you already have a cold, however, it is best to avoid saunas and relax instead with a soothing massage
