1. Is the reception open.

Yes, we are here for you 24h a day. Please phone us or write us an E-mail.

2. At which time the hotel is open again?

From todays point of view our hotel is open for Businesspeople at 27.04.2020 and for Tourists at 29.05.2020.

3. I booked already a room, till when I ´ m allowed to cancell it?

Because of the new situation, you can cancell your room for free till 24h befor arriving.

4. Do you serve breakfastbuffet?

Because of the 1m dinstance role, we will serve the breakfast.

But it´s the same choice like the buffet.

5. Can we use the spa area

We don ´ t have information right now. But our spa area is spacious engough, so the distancing is normally no problem.

6. The borders are closed now. Should I book a holiday in Austria?

If you want to book a room, you can book it. If the borders are still closed, we cancell your reservation for free.

7. Are all sights open in the summer?

The sight will open at 01.06.2020.
