Suggestions for sauna-use:
After showering, enter the cabin and sit or lay on the bank with a towel. It is recommended that sauna baths should be for brief timeframes, no longer than 12 minutes in saunas with temperatures of 100°C and with low humidity.
Sauna infusions are typical for a comfortable sauna bath. Water, sometimes scented with oils, is poured on the hot stones in minimal quantities: the steam will make the body temperature raise up to 40°C , so that it will eliminate the toxines accumulated in our cells.
Cool down post sauna showers should be gradual and the body should rest abundantly. Only then you may decide to take sauna baths again. We recommend drinking water abundantly so to avoid dehydration.
